About Kettering
Kettering is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. It is an inner suburb of Dayton. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 57,862, making it the largest suburb in the Dayton metropolitan area. == History == The area where the city of Kettering now lies was settled from the late 1700s to the mid-1800s, largely as farmland. The population in the area started to grow, prompting the creation of (now defunct) Van Buren Township in 1841.

By far my favorite location, friendly environment, they have tons of machines to fit anyones needs. Plenty of events the whole family can enjoy and well as a pool. There’s a reason why you find the biggest guys at everybody fitness, they have the best machines that don’t feel like they came from Walmart. People and staff are also very friendly and will work with you.
I have had a great experience with this gym! The equipment is clean and functional. They recently just got a new hip thrust machine that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and it is fantastic. I never have to wait for space even though I generally come at a busy time. The environment is friendly as well, I have been able to meet some cool new people since joining here. If you are into powerlifting (like me), they have new Rogue deadlift bars and nice platforms as well. (And I have yet to see a shortage of plates, unlike some smaller gyms). There is a wide selection of dumbbells, and multiple cable tower setups. There are also group fitness classes and plenty of cardio machines. Overall very positive.
