Mr.Kenny fixed our dryer and he is always cleaning the 4th floor trash room!! 5$ raise please ! Jesus loves him and whoever is reading this!!

I highly recommend any student looking for housing to consider elsewhere. This apartment is labeled student housing, but falls insanely short. Trash piles up weekly and the hallways always smell like a mix of weed and rotten food. My door was literally blocked by trash multiple times (pictured). There are piles of dog shit out in the courtyard left for days, or vomit in the elevator for over 24 hours.
