I had a wonderful time meeting with the Lisa advisor at Boulder Creek today. She was very knowledgeable and took me on a very professional tour, giving me options and let me know what to look forward to if I decide to stay at their facility and rent when my lease is up. I encourage anyone to go to Boulder Creek to check out their facilities. It may be a great home for you as well.

As a resident since June 2024, I can confidently say that the current management team is probably the best this property has ever had. AAlayah specifically took the time to hear my concerns, and get them taken care of in a timely manner. She planned out how my concerns would be resolved, kept me in the loop with updates, and always made me feel like priority. This is in stark contrast to previous teams - who would lie to my face about timelines, be impossible to get a hold of, and would push off my very urgent requests without letting me know.

I love the tour and the lady who tour me she was very nice and she help and answer questions very helpful! 10/10! I can’t wait to move in
