Element Townhomes

The apartments are really nice and I enjoy the amenities, but safety is a severe concern. My next door neighbor’s house was broken into at midnight on Tuesday after maintenance lost their key to the unit. There has been no addressing of the issue to everyone else, and we are currently waiting back to hear how they will address my roommate’s and my security concerns. There are no cameras on the buildings except for the leasing office, and our door doesn’t even have a peephole. Hopefully our concerns will be taken seriously.

The townhouse overall is great! When I started to pack clothes into my drawers I noticed that they were broken.

Would highly recommend not living at an Element property. Both years the pool never opened despite it being advertised. Very far from campus, but I knew that going into it (didn’t factor into review). Whole company is a cash grab. $600 in charges. Thankfully, I took adequate pictures before move in and got them dismissed after much back and forth. It felt as if the company was trying to get me to pay for their lack of upkeep. Poorly run and sketchy management. Only not two stars simply because my living space was fine. I’d recommend elsewhere, this place feels predatory against students.
