I recently toured The Exchange at Juban Apartments while searching for a new place, and I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I arrived, Blake was so welcoming, friendly, and informative. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The property was clean and well maintained, and the amenities, especially the gym and pool, looked amazing. I also loved how modern, spacious, and beautiful the apartment interiors were. Overall, the community gave me a very safe, welcoming, and well cared for feeling. The Exchange at Juban is definitely one of my top choices!
