We’ve lived here for about a year and overall its been fine, but the last few month it has really gone down hill. When we first moved in, the apartment was obviously not professionally cleaned and there were black speckles all over the floor. We requested it to be cleaned twice with no resolution. There is an extreme trash issue to the point now that we’ve had two gnat infestations where we will kill 10-20 gnats a day for several weeks straight. We had traps with 50+ in them at a time. Security is also a major issue as the gates are always broken to get in the garage.

Had you asked me a year ago to review this property, I probably would have given it 4 stars. However, recently, things have just gotten terrible. I’ve lived here for 3.5 years and rented my apartment site unseen. When I rented it, I wasn’t made aware that my apartment was facing the main road on the ground floor. It’s technically 3rd floor but b/c the building is on a hill/bridge, the positioning causes certain higher floors to be ground level. My first apartment was AWFUL. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FACING GEORGE L DAVIS. It is so loud I could not sleep.

Bre has been so helpful every step of the leasing process for my daughter. Truly a great experience and our third time renting with Greystar!
