Alexandra could not have been more informative, friendly, and encouraging. Our experience with Alexandra was such an improvement over our half dozen other application routines, where there was no human being there. We loved Her time with us.
Can't say I like the impersonal Bot system, but once staff was informed, Ishmael responded promptly, knowledgeably, efficiently, and courteously.
UPDATE 2/15/26 Just letting any prospective tenants know that Haven was recently sold to new management, so any reviews prior to 2/9/2026 are the result of the AMAZING old managers, Riko and Jesus, who made living at this complex so easy and a dream. It's a pricey apartment, but I factored in the amazing service which included, such as always having maintenance fixes within the day, no stolen packages ever, and immediate receptiveness and clear communication about any issues. Truly some of the best apartment managers I've ever had, and it's a great loss to not have them anymore at Haven.
