Josh and Gus were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personal, and helpful. They performed a thorough assessment and made thoughtful recommendations. We plan to use them for future work as well.
Very good experience. Office was friendly and helpful. Tech was highly skilled and pleasant. I recommend this company
The technician fixed the gas leak, but he didn’t check afterward to make sure the leak was completely resolved. He just asked me if I’m smelling gas, And didn’t understand the risk of it When I spoke with the manager, she didn’t listen to my concerns and seemed to just want to end the phone call.
