This is a summary of my personal experience hiring Pacific Point Builders. I hired them in 2024 to build an ADU in Los Angeles. The building process went smoothly at first, and I even recommended them to family and friends at that time. After the ADU was completed and occupied, several issues came up. The HVAC units began leaking water on the floor, and the hot water heater broke multiple times even after being reinstalled twice. The HVAC system also stopped blowing heat.
