Redpoint terrible company is not taking responsibility only saying they are not responsible the contact person Patti Cloninger and Jennifer Campbell are terrible people no customer service. All the responses from Redpoint they would love to discuss and get details but after a yr of fighting with they do nothing then act like they are clueless about issues. The problem it is a tax write off for billionaires look at who owns Redpoint and notice they are robbing students all across US at college compasses.
If you plan on leasing here I would highly advise against it. The prices for the units are drastically overpriced even for a 5 bed. Maintenance was only good after the manager had to come and fix things after I put in many of the same requests and being put off by other workers. They also fine you heavily on move out even with a clean apartment. And when you try to call or email they dodge your phone and emails until months later and still are not clear what they are charging you for in hopes you’ll pay it and give up.
Only bad thing is our dishwasher is broken and need a new filter for our vent
