Fast processing and excellent work.
The building is older, no matter how clean you keep your place every now and again you may see a roach(They have an exterminator he comes on Wednesdays). When it is windy you will hear the wind cutting through the cracks in the foundation. SECURITY IS AWFUL. So be prepared to not be able to rely on them. They are notorious for work avoidance, delayed responses or just not answering the phone. The parking situation here is also TERRIBLE.
Nice, classy luxury apartments.
