I stopped by The Goodwin on April 18 to inquire about leasing and left feeling unsettled by the experience. When I arrived, I was greeted via the intercom by a leasing agent who opted to speak with me remotely rather than inviting me in for what I expected would be a standard, in-person conversation. While I understand that buildings have different protocols, the interaction felt unusually hesitant and not aligned with the level of professionalism one would expect from a property at this price point.
The team is outstanding and always welcomes you with a smile! Great place to live!
Beautiful property located in the heart of Seattle. This building is beautiful and the units pretty big. I was surprised by the size of the bedroom. The kitchen área is really nice and the primery bathroom has an amazing tub. They have a great rooftop with amazing views of the city. If you are looking to live the city in a large home, this is defenetly the option for you.
