I would give this company zero stars if possible. One of the springs was broken and the cables were wrapped around a bit. The technician gave me a quote for $600 ($350 for spring and $250 for labor). Keep in mind that the same spring is available on Amazon for $100+, so they mark it up 300%+. Anyways, I told him that it was too expensive for only one spring and then he told me that he would charge $300 cash. Check how dishonest this company is - they try to charge whatever they can and do not earn an honest living. Anyways, I agreed and then the technician started working on it.
Steve was efficient, friendly and made sure my garage door works perfectly before leaving
Jacob explained everything clearly and repaired my opener the same day great service
